If you any Kind of tour Package to confirm please send us your details Yew Adventure Tour will
Send you the confirmation with Invoice then you can send 25% advanced payment to reconfirm the booking. The rest 75% you pay upon arrival at the destination or you can pay rest of the amount by Bank Transfer

IF YOU CANCEL THE TOUR :-

In case of no show, you lose 20% advanced payment. And you can get refund 5%.After deducting the tax amount.


SPECIAL INFORMATION :-

Yew Adventure Tour have special programme which is not mentioned in the Package it is provide only on request basis,like Home tour ( You can stay any local Family’s and dinner with them ) and other interesting tour programme, you simply send an e-mail from 'the request form' with your special desires.We will send you an offer which you have to confirm. After the advanced payment of 25% the booking is done.

Calcutta , Delhi ,Mumbai & Chennai iis connected by almost all the leading airlines of the world like KLM, British Airways, Biman, Air India etc From Calcutta Indian Airlines & Other Privet Airlines operates daily to Bhubaneswar.

VISAS & PASPORTS :-

All foreigners need visa for India which can be obtained from Indian missions abroad including special Sikkim permit.

CURRENCY :-

Indian currency is the Indian Rupee. All major cards are accepted though Visa and Master are more popular but NOT at all places. ATMS can be accessed at all major cities like Kolkata, Delhi , Mumbai & Bhubaneswar. Money changers in Calcutta , Bhubaneswar , Darjeeling , Gangtok, Puri. Traveller  cheques and Currencies can be encashed at all the towns.
